Right of withdrawal for consumers in Germany

You can generally withdraw from an online purchase of goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. For a single order delivered in separate shipments, the period begins when you receive the last item.

Send a clear statement of withdrawal to Vyacheslav Bakay, Zurcherstrasse 63, 8424 Embrach, Switzerland, or by email to wuffruhe@gmail.com. No reason is required. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Returns and refunds

After withdrawing, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment. We do not charge a refund fee.

You may inspect the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact us if your delivery is damaged, defective or incorrect. Your statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.

Return process for direct fulfilment

Please contact WuffRuhe first at wuffruhe@gmail.com with your order number. After checking with TeemDrop, we will provide the return address for your order and further instructions. A return to the fulfilment partner may involve shipping to China. Please do not send goods to the parcel sender’s address without checking first.

Confirming the return address is not a condition for the validity of your statutory withdrawal notice. Your statutory rights against WuffRuhe remain in place independently of the fulfilment partner’s internal rules. The final return address and responsibility for postage remain pending and must be settled before sales begin.
