Product selection

The ear wrap is available in Black and Pink, in sizes S, M and L. Please choose based on head circumference; weights are a guide only. The product description and expressly stated contents of delivery apply. The brand logo and packaging images are currently design concepts.

Prices and sets

For Germany, the price is €30.00 per ear wrap. Orders of two or more ear wraps automatically receive a 20% discount on these products: two cost €48.00 and three cost €72.00. Different colours and sizes can be combined. Standard shipping to Germany is free. Please check the currency and final total displayed at checkout before placing your order.

Ordering and payment

Before completing your order, you can check and correct the items, variants, delivery address and payment details. Available payment methods appear at checkout. The exact point at which the contract is formed has not yet been specified in this draft.

Delivery, withdrawal and defects

Delivery information is available in our shipping policy; information about the statutory right of withdrawal is available in our withdrawal policy. Statutory rights concerning defects and mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

Additional services

Additional shipping protection and priority processing are not currently offered. Statutory claims for loss, damage or defects do not depend on purchasing an additional service.

Direct fulfilment and product images

WuffRuhe is the name of our shop. We sell the ear wrap through a dropshipping model: goods are shipped directly through our fulfilment partner TeemDrop. WuffRuhe remains your contact for orders, questions, withdrawal and complaints.

Product and lifestyle images are AI-generated reference illustrations. They are not photographs of the goods actually supplied and may differ in appearance, details and fit. The people and dogs depicted are not documented customer photographs.

Building WuffRuhe — a temporary launch phase

WuffRuhe is a brand in development. The offered ear wrap is a real product. Custom WuffRuhe logos and branded packaging are being discussed with the fulfilment partner and are not yet guaranteed for initial orders. During this temporary launch phase, orders may arrive without a custom logo and in plain packaging. Logos and boxes shown in the images represent the planned design and are only included when expressly confirmed in the product description.

Returns to the fulfilment partner

Please contact us first at wuffruhe@gmail.com. We will check the return destination for your order with TeemDrop and send you the return instructions. Please do not send goods to the parcel sender’s address without checking. A return to the fulfilment partner may involve shipping to China. Coordination with the fulfilment partner does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or rights concerning defects.
